The Reidy family has owned and operated The Gardens of French Creek, the assisted living facility at Avon Oaks. It’s our commitment to provide residents as much freedom as possible with only the highest regard for their health and well-being. Shared and private suites offer a patio, as well as the space for personal belongings and regular visitors. Our apartments are fully-carpeted with mini-blinds and a kitchenette, and Avon Oaks is proud to be a pet-friendly* facility.
Skilled nursing and rehabilitation services are available as needed, and our caring staff will do everything they can to make residents as comfortable as possible. If you’ve come to the decision that it’s time for assisted living, it’s time to come home to The Gardens of French Creek.
