Avon Oaks is a Skilled Nursing Facility dedicated to providing short and long term rehabilitation and skilled nursing services.
Services Include:
Skilled Nursing Services
• Professional Nursing and direct care 24 hours a day
• I.V.’s - hydration and medication
• Tube Feedings
• Tracheostomy
• Oxygen
• Wound Care
• Dialysis
Rehabilitation - Physical, Occupational and Speech
therapies available 7 days a week. Treatment frequency based on physicians orders.
Respiratory Therapy (as needed)
The following services are available on
a 24 hour per day basis, 365 days per year
(X-Ray and EKG services may be ordered and obtained STAT as needed): |
